        Dijilat, diputer, lalu dicelupin. Itulah sepenggalan kata yang selalu masyarakat dengar dari salah satu perusahaan biskuit ternama, Kraft Indonesia, Oreo, sekitar dua tahun yang lampau. Brand image dengan yel-yel yang mudah dicerna seperti kasus di atas, sangat melekat kepada anak-anak. Segmentasi PT. Nabisco pun tepat dalam mengeluarkan produk biskuit cokelat berlapiskan susu ini, yaitu anak-anak. Ada pepatah mengatakan “tak ada satu pun orangtua yang tidak menyayangi anaknya”. Ini merupakan ungkapan yang tepat bagi orangtua yang mempunyai anak-anak terlebih anak yang masih berusia kecil.
